In Qiaofu, we buy 100 tons materials each time and do all productions in Qiaofu factory,
No middle man in production / transport / export process.

TRADING COMPANY'S SUPPLY CHAIN:
1. Reed material trader
prefer sell materials to Peasant home producer, beause high price for 0.5 tons each order
2. Peasant home producers
buys the materials and make fences in their home, most of home only has one or two machines
3. collectors
drive a mini truck and collect the finished reed fence from peasant home producers and send to "factory"
4. "factory" stock the fences in a warehouse and arrange packing then load container
5. trading company arrange container and documents
Each container, it needs at least 10 peasant homes, 5 collectors, one "factory", one trading company
【Customer asks to Save $1】
Trading companies ask "factory" for $1 lower price, then "factory" ask collector for $1 lower price,
then collector ask peasant home producers for $1 lower price,
finally peasant home producers agree to reduce $1 but they can only do it by use bad or less material.
Every dollar saved, finally 100% will only lower quality!

Trading company keeps $0.5, collector keeps $0.2, "factory" keep $0.2
finally peasant home producers have $0.1 more.
Every dollar paid for quality improvement, 90% goes to middle man.
