Q: How many bundles are there in a 40 foot container?
A: It depends on reed length. For the reed1.3-1.8m long, there is usually 2440 bundles in one container.
Q: Can you tell about thatching reed lengh?
A: The reed for thatching is 1.3m-2.4m. We package different length in bundle according to customers needs.
Q: What are the advantages of reed being carbonnized?
A: The carbonization not only reduce the moisture, but also make the color different and beautiful.At the same time, it can also adsorbe harmful substances in the air.

A: It is before 1982. The president&rsquos father and uncle began to manufacture reed screen for USA and Japan market when there is few reed screen manufacturers in china. Now, the area has been the production center of reed products.

Q: How can you assure that the reed is dry packed?
A: This is very importment. We have microprocessor Moisture Detector to test the moisture when packaging.
Q: What about your price of thatching reed?
A: The price depends on reed length, order quantity, shipping cost etc. We can offer you good price after getting the details.
Q: Can you help to transport the loading to our warehouse, not just the sea port?
A: Surely. Our forwarders have agents in many countries. We can organize the transporting to your warehouse.
Q: Do you have a good control about the quality of the reed?
A: We have control on reed length, diameter, moisture, cleaning, flower etc. For length, we firstly choose the material and classify different length, we also sample to measure reed diamter via Vernier caliper. And then we use Microprocessor Grain Moisture Meter to test water percentage, confirm no leaves, clean cut end. Especially, we confirm there is enough reed in each bundle perimeter 60cm.
